On the 2nd February 2017, HGIS has been awarded by Petrofac (Malaysia-PM304) Limited for the Provision of Siri Marine Services for Condition and Motion Monitoring System for West Desaru Field. The West Desaru facilities consist of MOPU and Wellhead Support Structure (WSS).
HGIS evaluates the performance and health of platform and enable clients to assess the full structural integrity of the asset which contributes to clarity in decision making, greater cost efficiency and higher safety aspects of the lifespan of the structure or platform. This service includes monthly reporting on motion monitoring analysis, consultation of analysis of motion data, engineering and advice as well as annual visit to West Desaru to inspect condition of the sensors and conduct repair on equipment and upgrade software as required.
With experience in analysing conditions of more than 136 platforms for more than 10 years in the industry, HGIS ensured to deliver a high-quality service for this project.
